THE FORMER boyfriend of actress Pataratida Patcharawirapong, or Tangmo Nida, who fell off a speedboat and drowned in Chao Phraya river last month said a knife was delivered to him after he raised suspicions about her death, Amarin TV said today (Mar. 10).
Mr. Tang Phongsakorn revealed that soon after he criticised the police and wondered why two of the five people who were with her on the speedboat, Mr. Paiboon Srikanchananan, or Robert or Bird, and Mr. Tanupat Lerttaweewit, or Hi So Por or Por, acted influential and where the clout came from a knife was sent to him.
This reached his mother’s house which is his address according to his ID card but he in fact lives in a condo with his wife and children.
He added that he was now gathering evidence and trying to track down where the knife was sent from but had not decided whether to file a police report as he did not want to meddle with lowlife.
He also mentioned that neither he nor his wife were afraid and were ready to fight for justice for Tangmo Nida.
In Tang’s opinion although Robert had confessed to not knowing how to pilot a boat and wanted to try doing so that night and that a jerk soon after Tangmo finished urinating at the stern caused her to fall off was not completely honest because he was still putting the blame on the deceased actress for being negligent in relieving herself as she did.
He also accused police of being very sympathetic to the five suspects, pointing to their previous statements which he claimed showed that they spoke in their favour. He drew attention to the police having also arranged a ceremony for some of the suspects to ask for forgiveness from Tangmo Nida’s mother, Ms. Panida Siriyuthyothin.
