Move Forward to take legal action against forgers of twisted ITV report

THE MOVE FORWARD will definitely take legal action against those who may have been involved in the alleged doctoring of minutes of an ITV shareholders meeting with mere intent to keep Move Forward leader/prime minister-designate Pita Limjaroenrat from taking the helm of government.

Move Forward secretary-general Chaithawat Tulathon confirmed today (June 12) the largest progressive party will certainly take legal action against persons or groups of persons allegedly involved either directly or indirectly in the forging of untruthful content of the minutes of the ITV shareholders meeting held last April.

A video clip currently available for viewing on social media features Kimh Sirithaweechai, the ITV board chairman, announcing to the meeting that the firm has not run any business at the moment, pending a court verdict over a civil lawsuit.

But the firm’s written report on the minutes of the shareholders meeting had been evidently doctored to say otherwise and submitted alongside the firm’s financial status and corporate income tax form to the Department of Business Development last month.

Chaithawat said the Move Forward will certainly file lawsuits against certain persons or groups of persons evidently suspected of having been involved in the twisting of truth pertaining to the off-air ITV channel in which Pita had held a 0.0035% share.

Those suspects include Intouch Holdings Co. which holds the largest portion of the ITV shares and Nik Saengsirinavin, a Bhumjaithai candidate contesting the May 14 election in a Bangkok constituency, who had earlier mentioned on his Facebook page the unnamed leader of a party with 42,000 ITV shares in his possession whilst the sum is tantamount to that held by Pita.

Those involved in the alleged forging of untruthful content of the ITV statement are believed to have conspired to take concerted steps only to render the Move Forward leader/prime minister-designate ineligible to assume the top post of government, according to the party’s secretary-general.
