THERE was panic at BTS Siam station during the rush hour this morning (Oct. 16) after vocational students started brawling on the platform with commuters running away for safety, Amarin TV said.
Later Pol. Col. Akhom Chumphonrat, superintendent of Pathumwan police station, briefly said that his team is investigating the clash between the two groups of vocational students at 8.30 a.m. without identifying which colleges they are from.
Clashes between vocational student gangs have occurred for decades and sometimes even end in death.
