DIVERS are searching for an 83-year-old French man after the tourist boat he was sailing in capsized at Ratchaprapa Dam or Cheow Lan Dam in Surat Thani province amid a thunderstorm and strong waves, TV Channel 7 said this afternoon (Nov. 23).
Rescuers had earlier managed to safely pull out 11 people from the dam’s water with four of them sent to Takhun and Surat Thani hospitals for treatment.
