‘True’ warns customers not to fall for fake circular sent by scammers

 

AS SOME customers of True Corporation Plc have received letters in TrueMove H’s name and emblazoned with its logo the communications giant issued a warning not to be taken in as this is the work of scammers, Naewna newspaper said this afternoon (Nov. 28).

The scam letter invites customers to directly contact police by linking up with them on Line app so that they could talk to policemen if need be.

The fraudsters have also forged the signatures of True executives in the fake letter.

Customers were urged to be careful and if they have any questions to call True hotline 1242.
