MonoMax unveils World Cup 2026 package price after Jasmine secured broadcasting rights

JASMINE International Plc (JAS) officially announced today (June 11) that it has secured the broadcasting rights for FIFA World Cup 2026 for Thai viewers with all 104 matches to be aired on MonoMax streaming platform and over 40 matches, including the opening match and the final, on free-to-air TV via Monomax Sports, Amarin TV and Sanook.com said.

MonoMAX released its Sports Premium package price, offering access to all 104 matches of FIFA World Cup 2026, along with English Premier League and other top football leagues, as well as numerous other world-class sporting events at 5,999 baht a year, with this allowing viewing on two screens at an average cost of 500 baht per month, or 250 baht per person.

A 0% installment payment plan for up to 10 months is also available to watch all 104 matches, along with highlights and replays throughout the tournament. Details on how to watch the matches can be found on the MonoMax and MonoMax Sports platforms.

Dr. Sorach Asavaprapha, Jasmine International’s CEO, said, “Thais will have one of the largest free FIFA World Cup viewing experiences in history. The World Cup is something no Thai person should miss. This isn’t just about acquiring broadcasting rights; it’s about bringing the world’s greatest sporting event to Thai people, allowing them to watch it alongside billions worldwide.

“We will provide viewers with access to all 104 matches on the MonoMax platform and over 40 matches, including the opening match and the final, on free-to-air TV via MonoMax Sports. This reinforces JAS’s role in elevating its business to a regional sports and entertainment platform.”

The broadcasting rights purchased from FIFA cost US$70 million, or approximately 2.3 billion baht, and aside from FIFA World Cup 2026 includes FIFA World Cup 2030, FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027, and other FIFA tournaments until 2030.
