A FIRE broke out in a room at a 29-storey hotel in Sukhumvit Soi 24 at around 3 p.m. this afternoon (Oct. 10) and was quickly put out, Amarin TV said.
Khlong Toei Fire and Rescue Station said in a Facebook post that upon being alerted of the blaze spreading in a room on the 11th floor of this hotel firemen quickly rushed there and it is now under control.
